Perry J. C. Pangelinan has been in the library field for 17 years. Currently, Perry is employed as the Cataloging Librarian at the Micronesian Area Research Center at the University of Guam. He has a double master's degree in Public Administration and Library Science. He is working on his Doctor of Education with Argosy University - Hawaii Campus.
